Sound Healing is an energetic healing modality, that uses vibrations to induce relaxation in the mind and body. Sound Bath is a meditative journey, in which you will bath in sound waves. Sound baths contain carefully chosen sets of healing frequencies. When the body is exposed to those healing vibrations, it has the capacity to clear away any stuck or negative energies and restore the harmony within the being.

Before the session you are are invited to lie down to enjoy the vibrational energy.  Comfort is everything when it comes to achieving deeply relaxed state and healing. Make sure you wear comfortable & warm clothes, have a blanket to cover your body and any other extra props you might need to make yourself feel nourished. To not feel heavy & sleepy during the session, try to eat light vibrant foods at least 1 hour prior the experience. Keeping well hydrated throughout the day helps the body cleanse and repair during healing. 

My intention is to hold you in a safe and sacred space, helping you to melt into a bubble of peace and to receive exactly what you need.

Before the session you are are invited to lie down to enjoy the vibrational energy. You will be bathing in high-frequency Quartz Crystal Bowls, medicine drum and chimes, the vibrations of which induce altered states of consciousness as they move through every cell of the body. When immersed in these healing frequencies our awareness expands and we enter a deep meditative state where blocked emotions are released. You may experience: different physical sensations, visions, emotional shifts, answered questions, creative ideas, a sense of deep connection with your intuition, retrieval of memories, deep relaxation.
